We are delighted to announce that Waverley View has been extensively renovated and improved for 2024.

Externally, we have replaced the slate roof to the sea and the front elevation was re-rendered and repainted. Finally, the satellite dish has been repaired and improved.

Internally, the property was professionally redecorated throughout to a high standard.

We have installed new furniture to the living room, new accessories, and installed a new LG Smart TV, with improved on-demand and streaming services. The new TV is much easier to operate and control.

New HD satellite boxes are now fitted in the two main bedrooms.

The property was fully checked and certified by a gas engineer, and an electrician in compliance with the new Scottish Government STL letting legislation.

Heating is provided throughout by a propane gas fired central heating system with thermostatically controlled panel radiators in each room for maximum comfort and efficiency. The heating system is controlled from a ‘Hive’ thermostat located in the corner of the dining area. The property is protected throughout by heat and smoke detectors. The property is protected by interlinked smoke alarms, CO2 alarms, and heat detectors in compliance with current Scottish Government regulations (Feb 2022).
