Waverley View charges.
A non-refundable deposit of £50 for up to one week and £100 for two weeks confirms your booking with the balance due six weeks before your holiday commences. Payment can be made using bank transfer or cheque.
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of deposit. No refunds will be given unless notice of cancellation is given at least four weeks prior to the holiday start date.
The prices below include bedding, towels, electricity and heating.
We do not request a deposit for damages on the understanding that the flat is left as clean and tidy as it is found. No smoking or vaping is allowed in the property. We reserve the right to charge for damage that is not considered normal wear and tear and where additional cleaning, redecoration or repair is required.
