Availability.

The property will be available from 3:00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10:00am on the day of departure, unless arranged by prior agreement. To help protect our housekeepers we request guests remove all bed linen on the day of departure and place used bed linen and towels in the laundry bag provided.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit. No refunds will be given unless notice of cancellation is given at least four weeks prior to the holiday start date.

The calendar opposite is updated regularly but please contact us about your booking request prior to sending a deposit. There is flexibility regarding holiday dates, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
